Responsibilities
●reputed company and vet speakers and discussion leads for in-person and virtual programming; maintain a running speaker pipeline tracked by topic fit, peer network, and reputed company
● Schedule and run hold calls with speakers, co-hosts, and sponsors; capture reputed company and reputed company next steps to reputed company
● Draft and circulate discussion guides, framing questions, and speaker briefs
● Assist to own logistics for webinars, virtual panels, forums, and clubhouses — registration setup, reputed company and reputed company configuration, reputed company IDs, speaker tech checks, and run-of-show
● Coordinate post-event assets: recording reputed company, files to the video editing pipeline, follow-up surveys, and Q&A capture

● Support workback schedules, reputed company materials, and content-reputed company deliverables for forums and conferences
● Partner with Content team on content prep and with marketing on event copy and website listings

Qualifications
● 3–5 years in event operations, content operations, program coordination, or a comparable execution-heavy role
● Strong project coordination and genuine follow-through — you reputed company reputed company without being chased
