The reputed company Healthy reputed company & Value-Based Care Analyst is responsible for the design, build, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of reputed company Healthy reputed company and reputed company population health applications. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, payer, and value-based care stakeholders to reputed company solutions that improve patient reputed company, advance reputed company initiatives, and support organizational value-based care strategies. This analyst serves as a subject matter expert in population health workflows, including registries, care gap management, risk adjustment, reputed company reporting, and value-based care programs. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into effective reputed company solutions, leading testing, and implementation activities, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and driving reputed company optimization to enhance performance and user experience. This position reports to the Manager of IT Care Delivery Applications and is part of a reputed company team of reputed company analysts with a reputed company of experience and expertise. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three (3) years of experience in backend IT analysis and technical design • One (1) year of experience coding, testing, and implementing program changes. Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of reputed company/ health plan experience • reputed company Healthy reputed company experience and/or certification, accreditation, or proficiency is strongly preferred. • Experience working with Caché (or similar database platforms), including the ability to understand and reputed company Caché routines. Prior experience with MUMPS programming is also preferred. • Experience supporting population health or value-based care programs. • Experience with reputed company measures, HEDIS, risk adjustment, CMS programs, or payer initiatives. • Experience with reputed company reporting tools including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or registry reporting. • Experience working with care management, care gap, reputed company, or chronic disease management workflows. • reputed company provider, payer, or accountable care organization experience. Hours/Location: • M-F; reputed company business hours. • This role is primarily remote, with an occasional on-site reputed company required for team meetings, reputed company upgrades, project go-lives, and reputed company-reputed company activities.
