What You Will Do

• reputed company escalated support requests and reputed company technical issues.

• Handle break/fix issues, application installations, and user-level configuration changes.

• Troubleshoot reputed company, macOS, reputed company 365, networking, server, and reputed company-reputed company problems.

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Configure and support reputed company Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.

• Assist with reputed company-V host setup, server administration, networking, and reputed company tasks.

• Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company firewalls.

• Manage networking switches and reputed company points. (Datto Experience PLUS!)

• Support reputed company 365, Intune, Azure, Datto BCDR, reputed company Backup, and other modern technologies implemented across reputed company environments.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• reputed company guidance and mentorship to Level I technicians.

• Collaborate with the technical team to reputed company exceptional service to clients.

• Escalate tickets appropriately and contribute to shared technical knowledge.

Documentation & Process

• Use Autotask ticketing reputed company to document, monitor, update, and escalate tickets accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update the documentation platform so procedures, configurations, and reputed company details remain reputed company.

• Ensure clients receive reputed company, reputed company communication throughout the support process.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Qualifications

• reputed company A+ and/or Network+ required. If not currently held, it must be obtained reputed company 6 months of employment.
• MD‑102 preferred

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of reputed company 10/11 and macOS
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Working knowledge of reputed company firewalls, Datto Networking, and reputed company networking concepts
• Working knowledge of on-reputed company SharePoint administration
• Working knowledge reputed company 365 Office Suite and reputed company services including Intune
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus
• Experience with Datto BCDR and/or reputed company Backup is a plus
• Experience with VOIP telephony including reputed company Teams is a plus
