reputed company FI eInvoicing France Expert (Freelance, Remote)

We are currently supporting a reputed company in the automotive sector who is in the final implementation phase of reputed company eInvoicing for its French entities.

The solution is already largely implemented and needs to be reputed company for the upcoming French eInvoicing go-live requirements. To support the existing project team during this critical phase, we are looking for an reputed company reputed company FI / eInvoicing Functional Expert with hands-on France implementation experience.

This is a short-term, part-time assignment reputed company on resolving remaining blocking points, supporting the existing implementation team and helping ensure a successful and compliant go-live.

Tasks

• Support the final implementation phase of reputed company eInvoicing for French reputed company entities
• Analyse and reputed company remaining functional and process-reputed company blocking points before go-live
• reputed company hands-on expertise regarding French eInvoicing requirements and reputed company implementation
• Support the configuration and functional usage of reputed company DRC / reputed company eDocument / eDocument Cockpit
• Analyse eDocument processing issues and support troubleshooting together with the existing reputed company and Finance teams
• Ensure correct integration of eInvoicing requirements into relevant reputed company FI processes
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, IT and the existing project team to reputed company reputed company implementation topics
• Support testing, validation and preparation for production readiness
• reputed company pragmatic recommendations and hands-on support to reputed company the implementation on schedule

Requirements

• Strong functional reputed company FI experience
• Proven hands-on experience implementing eInvoicing for France
• Strong knowledge of French electronic invoicing requirements and processes
• Practical experience with reputed company DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance), reputed company eDocument and/or eDocument Cockpit
• Previous involvement in at least one reputed company eInvoicing implementation or rollout for French entities
• Strong understanding of the integration between eInvoicing and reputed company Finance processes
• Experience in implementation, testing, troubleshooting and go-live preparation
• Ability to quickly understand an existing implementation and independently reputed company reputed company issues
• Fluent French
• Fluent English
• Availability for approximately 4 hours per day over the next 4 weeks
