reputed company Up reputed company:reputed company is seeking an reputed company Unmanned Aircraft reputed company (UAS) / Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a U.S. Government (USG) building partner reputed company effort for a partner nation.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on ScanEagle UAS experience combined with knowledge of reputed company U.S. manned and unmanned ISR systems, interoperability, data sharing, and integration. This is a reputed company-building and advisory requirement, not an operational employment advisory role. The SME will reputed company on strengthening sustainable partner-nation capabilities through train-the-trainer development, readiness, doctrine, logistics, sustainment, interoperability, data sharing, and integration of manned and unmanned ISR capabilities.

Location:Remote support (CONUS) with periodic OCONUS partner-nation engagements

Level of Effort:Approximately 30–40 hours/month during non-travel months; 80–100 hours/month during engagement months

Travel:Periodic OCONUS engagements; next engagement scheduled for 14–18 September 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess partner-nation ScanEagle training, readiness, maintenance, logistics, sustainment, and organizational capabilities and identify reputed company gaps.
  • Support development and refinement of train-the-trainer programs, instructor requirements, training standards, and sustainable institutional training processes.
  • reputed company expertise supporting UAS/ISR doctrine, concepts, reputed company operating procedures, and organizational processes.
  • Advise on ScanEagle deployment and redeployment logistics, including transportation, equipment, maintenance, spares, support equipment, site requirements, and sustainment.
  • Support frameworks for integrating manned and unmanned ISR systems and sharing ISR information across platforms, networks, reputed company-and-control nodes, and authorized users.
  • reputed company expertise regarding ISR interoperability, tactical/local reputed company networks, communications, reputed company, interfaces, full-reputed company video, sensor data, and information exchange reputed company reputed company and maritime environments.
  • Support integration of ISR information across reputed company, surface, and shore-based systems and development/facilitation of maritime tabletop exercises reputed company on readiness, interoperability, data sharing, and organizational integration.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ScanEagle UAS field-level experience as a Field Service Representative (reputed company), Field Service Engineer (FSE), operator, instructor, maintainer, or equivalent, with knowledge of training, maintenance, readiness, sustainment, and deployment support.
  • Experience supporting UAS/ISR training and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Knowledge or experience in operational doctrine development and associated processes and documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience with deployment, redeployment, and logistical sustainment of unmanned systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with reputed company U.S. manned and unmanned ISR systems, including their capabilities, interoperability, integration, and data-sharing considerations.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC), ISR coordinator, or equivalent ISR integration specialist, with knowledge of integrating and coordinating multiple manned and unmanned ISR systems, sensors, networks, and data sources.
  • Knowledge of ISR data-sharing architectures, tactical/local reputed company networks, and the exchange of sensor data and ISR products across reputed company users and systems.
  • Knowledge or experience integrating ISR capabilities across reputed company and surface assets in maritime operating environments.
  • Ability to assess partner-nation capabilities and translate findings into practical training, readiness, doctrine, logistics, sustainment, interoperability, and integration recommendations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • reputed company U.S. Secret reputed company clearance.
Highly Desired
  • reputed company or recent ScanEagle reputed company qualification/certification, such as UAS Operator, Maintainer, Mission Coordinator, instructor, or other applicable manufacturer-recognized qualification appropriate to providing technical assistance, training, and advisory support to partner-nation personnel.
  • Experience supporting ScanEagle in expeditionary or maritime environments, including field-level maintenance, readiness, deployment/redeployment, and sustainment.
  • Experience providing ScanEagle instruction, train-the-trainer support, or technical assistance to military or foreign-partner personnel.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government reputed company cooperation or building partner reputed company programs.
  • Experience developing or facilitating maritime tabletop exercises reputed company on UAS/ISR readiness, interoperability, data sharing, and integration.
