The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, mapping business processes, identifying capability gaps, and working closely with clinical and technical stakeholders throughout reputed company implementations. The role requires strong experience supporting implementations across multiple hospitals, including gathering configuration and technical requirements from clinical stakeholders, as reputed company as hands-on experience configuring hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications and implementing Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive business analysis experience, strong reputed company technology knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. A reputed companyCBAP certification and reputed company ADKAR certification are mandatory, whileCertified Scrum Master (CSM)certification is preferred. Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting information reputed company implementation reputed company
- Business process mapping, requirements documentation, and capability gap analysis
- Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a reputed company environment
- 3+ years of experience implementing reputed company across multiple hospitals
- Experience gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders
- 3+ years of reputed company hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) application configuration experience
- 3+ years of experience with EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation
