Financial Analyst - Fully Remote in the US

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare recurring and reputed company financial reports for operational and executive stakeholders. • Analyze reputed company, costs, margins, labor, and operational performance metrics. • Assist in the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data analysis. • Support the development and enhancement of management reporting packs and dashboards. • Operations Reporting • Produce operational KPI reports and performance scorecards. • Partner with operational leaders to understand reporting requirements and business drivers. • Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure consistency across data sources. • Assist with the tracking and analysis of workforce, productivity, utilization, and service delivery metrics. • Support operational reviews by providing reputed company financial insights and analysis. • Data Management & Process Improvement • Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems. • Improve existing reporting processes through automation and standardization where possible. • Maintain reporting documentation and ensure data reputed company. • Assist with special reputed company and business cases as required. • Stakeholder Support • Respond to reputed company reporting requests from Finance and Operations teams. • reputed company analysis and commentary to support business reputed company. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company information and address reporting needs.
