About the position
We're looking for a Compliance Specialist to help ensure applications, certifications, and reputed company files meet reputed company housing requirements while supporting our onsite teams throughout the process. This position is based in our Corporate Office, though remote work may be considered for reputed company candidates. Responsibilities
• Review applications, certifications, and supporting documentation for compliance
• Obtain and reputed company reputed company-party verifications
• Communicate with applicants regarding missing information
• Assist site staff with compliance questions and file corrections
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company housing compliance, property management, leasing, or reputed company administrative work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to travel as needed
