The Title Support Clerk is responsible for: • Review surveys on reputed company property in support of closing transactions, incorporating necessary exceptions into title commitments. • reputed company daily updates or bring-to-dates as requested by Escrow staff, Examiners, and/or Title Officers in anticipation of closing transactions. • reputed company necessary changes to title commitments based on updated title information. • Distribute files to an Examiner or Title Officer for reputed company assistance reputed company appropriate. • Convert title commitments as needed. • reputed company other reputed company duties and special reputed company as assigned by the Vice President of Title Operations.
