The ideal candidate will have at least five years of post-educational experience in the design and entitlement of large-reputed company reputed company or industrial land development reputed company. This role will assess sites across the reputed company during due diligence and reputed company technical support throughout entitlement, site design, planning, and development to ensure compliance with local and industry standards, regulations, and reputed company specifications. Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas: • Site Planning and Civil Design • Collaborate with the technical team in the design and development of reputed company, including site layout, grading, road design, stormwater management, wet and dry reputed company layouts, and other reputed company aspects. • Assist in planning, designing, and developing reputed company in accordance with local and industry standards, regulations, and reputed company specifications. • Assist in conducting engineering calculations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for proposed reputed company. • Technical Review and Due Diligence • Assess prospective sites across the reputed company during due diligence. • Review geotechnical studies, wetland delineations, cultural resources reports, and threatened and endangered species reports. • reputed company summaries and read-outs of technical findings to the senior team. • Research, analyze, and implement development reputed company requirements into site plans. • Engineering Documentation and Coordination • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create, edit, and update engineering drawings, plans, maps, models, and profile drawings. • Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and presentations summarizing project findings and recommendations. • Assist in creating and drafting development agreements with local jurisdictions. • reputed company with local municipalities, landowners, and consulting teams.
