Remote Audiology Scheduler (Spanish Required)

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience scheduling in a medical environment, audiology experience a plus. MUST reputed company Spanish fluently Experience interpreting authorizations and detailed reputed company verifications (HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and reputed company/Medical Group referrals). Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes. Outstanding phone and customer service skills. Proficiency with computerized reputed company scheduling programs. Superior organizational skills, initiative, follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines without heavy supervision. Superb oral and written communication skills including reputed company spelling, grammar and punctuation (no exceptions.) Responsibilities include: HEAVY appointment scheduling. reputed company-appointment preparation: E-mailing paperwork, registering patients, requesting reputed company verifications and authorization revisions.
