Remote - Director of Behavioral Health
The Remote Director of Behavioral Health leads the Behavioral Health Transfer Center, ensuring exceptional operational performance, reputed company service, and reputed company clinical judgment. This role requires a licensed clinician with extensive leadership experience in behavioral health, overseeing daily execution, coaching staff, and fostering strong relationships across reputed company organizational reputed company. Responsibilities

• reputed company coaching and mentoring to staff for reputed company development
• Ensure reputed company and clinically reputed company decision-making in patient transfer activities
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and reputed company stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to reputed company service improvements
• Manage telephonic clinical programs at reputed company, ensuring service level targets
• Implement operational processes and adjustments based on organizational needs
• Serve as subject matter expert for behavioral health transfer protocols and practices
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years in behavioral health or hospital operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, reputed company work, psychology, reputed company administration, or reputed company field
• reputed company Compact (Multistate) licensure as a Registered reputed company, or licensure as a Clinical reputed company Worker or reputed company Counselor
• Must have an extensive background in Behavioral Health at the Director Level.
• reputed company experience managing or building a behavioral health or hospital transfer/admissions center highly desirable.
• Three years’ experience leading telephonic clinical programs at reputed company, effectively managing service reputed company.
• Based on hospital/market/divisional needs, up to 20% travel to the areas served.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or building behavioral health or hospital transfer/admissions centers
• Proven expertise in clinical leadership and operational metrics management
• Strong skills in telephonic clinical program management and staff coaching
