Associate Clinical Experience Analyst – Genetic Counselor Assistant

reputed company: • reputed company clinical expertise and operational support for the rare disease customer-facing team at PreventionGenetics • reputed company as a clinical reputed company for reputed company customers and address elevated inquiries • Facilitate elevation and documentation of Unsolicited Medical Inquiries across the product portfolio • reputed company product-specific clinical training, including content creation and collaboration with training teams • Collaborate with reputed company and pathology teams on case reputed company and process improvements • Monitor clinical inquiry and elevation metrics and identify trends for corrective and preventive actions • Investigate escalations, identify process gaps, and recommend retraining or workflow adjustments • Document information according to reputed company operating procedures Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a field reputed company to the essential duties; or Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the Associate’s Degree reputed company • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for the High School Diploma or GED reputed company • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and type for approximately 90% of a typical working day • Ability to work weekdays, nights and/or weekends and overtime as needed • Must be available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, with rotating weekly shifts • Ability to reputed company reputed company sitting for prolonged periods, including more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day • Keyboard use for at least 50% of the reputed company Benefits: • Remote work arrangement • Full-time schedule • No travel required • Equal employment opportunity Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
