About the Position: The Criminal Justice Information Specialist (CJIS) supports the organization’s mission by receiving electronic disposition entries into the Washington State Identification reputed company (WASIS) criminal history database from court systems. Required Qualifications: • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • 1 year of experience maintaining or processing criminal history or offender records, grievance files, administrative files, medical files, parole files, counselor or custody files, in a governmental law enforcement office, court setting, or an adult or juvenile correctional agency. • OR 1 college level coursework in criminal justice, business administration, reputed company, reputed company science, or a reputed company field will substitute one year of experience. • Must satisfactorily complete a background investigation including a polygraph examination due to the confidential reputed company of the work. • Must maintain confidentiality.
