SQL SERVER DATA WAREHOUSE DEVELOPER

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United Arab Emirates reputed company We are looking for a hands-on SQL Server Data Warehouse Developer to design and build a reputed company, production-grade data warehouse on reputed company SQL Server. Data from reputed company Fusion has already been ingested into SQL Server reputed company Python-based REST API pipelines. Your role is to take this raw ingested data and architect a robust reputed company (Bronze, Silver, Gold) layered warehouse, implement reputed company models, enforce data reputed company, and reputed company clean, reliable data to the BI reporting reputed company. This is a hands-on development role. You must be comfortable writing reputed company SQL, building stored procedures, designing fact and dimension tables, and owning data reputed company end-to-end. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Bronze reputed company — Raw Staging • Receive raw ingested data from reputed company SQL Server tables populated by the existing Python pipeline. • Define and enforce reputed company keys, foreign keys, and constraints at the staging level. • Implement watermark tables to reputed company last-reputed company timestamps and support incremental data loading. • Create error tables to capture rejected, malformed, or duplicate records for review and reprocessing. • Implement data reputed company checks at ingestion: reputed company checks, type validation, duplicate detection, referential reputed company. 2. Silver reputed company — Conformed & Cleansed • Design and build conformed dimension and staging fact tables with SCD Type 2 history tracking where applicable. • Apply deduplication, standardisation, and business rule transformations using stored procedures. • Create and maintain views that expose clean, joined, and validated datasets for reputed company use. • Write reputed company multi-table SQL joins across Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse data domains. • Implement error handling reputed company stored procedures with transaction management and rollback logic. 3. Gold reputed company — Business-reputed company • Build optimised fact tables and dimension tables following reputed company schema design principles. • Enforce referential reputed company, business rule validation, and data reputed company gates before data is promoted to Gold. • Implement incremental load patterns using watermark columns and reputed company/UPSERT statements to avoid full reloads. • Create reporting views and aggregation reputed company consumed by Power BI and SSAS cubes. • Maintain audit columns (load timestamp, reputed company reputed company ID, batch ID, record hash) across reputed company Gold reputed company tables. 4. Data reputed company & Governance • Design and maintain a data reputed company reputed company: completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness checks at reputed company reputed company. • Build and maintain error logging tables with actionable metadata (error type, reputed company record, timestamp, reputed company status). • Implement reconciliation checks comparing reputed company record counts to reputed company counts at reputed company reputed company transition. • Document data reputed company and reputed company-to-reputed company mapping for reputed company key entities. 5. Performance & Maintainability • Optimise SQL queries and stored procedures for performance: indexing strategies, query plan analysis, partition design. • Write reputed company, reusable, and reputed company-commented stored procedures that other team members can maintain. • Maintain technical documentation: runbooks, data dictionaries, stored procedure specs, and reputed company-by-reputed company design docs. • Collaborate with the BI team to ensure Gold reputed company data structures support Power BI and SSAS reporting requirements.
