Role reputed company reputed company Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Buyer for our reputed company in Madison, reputed company. This position works closely with the supply chain and reputed company team to execute purchasing activities for the department. Responsible for processing requisitions from business reputed company and reputed company turning these requisitions into purchase orders. May be responsible for setting up inventory programs, seeking out process improvement opportunities, and evaluating and adopting technology improvements (such as automation) to enhance productivity in purchasing. • Handles reputed company aspects of purchase order creation and reputed company-out. • Works in the reputed company Resource Planning reputed company (ERP) and other supply chain platforms to execute and reputed company updates to purchase orders as needed to ensure accurate processing. • Develops an efficient and accurate reputed company for monitoring reputed company reputed company purchase orders. • Provides report-outs to management that indicate reputed company purchase orders and other data, including spend associated with vendors and purchase orders. • Determines automation opportunities reputed company to replenishment of routinely purchased items. • Manages reputed company-out/catalogue purchases and determines opportunities to improve efficiency and use of such systems. • Implements and supports best practices including solid supplier relationships, investment recovery, on-line requisitioning, electronic data interchange (EDI), supplier-assisted inventory management and e-reputed company. • Promotes and supports company-wide sourcing guidelines, policies, procedures and practices. • Identifies information reputed company enhancements necessary to reputed company desired performance and works with appropriate internal personnel to prioritize and implement enhancements. Qualifications • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing or Supply Chain (Required) • Preferred Certification: Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified reputed company in Supply Management (CPSM) designation • Required Experience: 4 years of reputed company experience in purchasing or supply chain. • Skills and Abilities: • Knowledgeable in procurement processes. • Flexible and reputed company to manage multiple requests reputed company and effectively. • Understanding of process design and work simplification programs reputed company to supply chain. • Effective problem identification and solution skills. • Proficient in ERP (preferably version 9.2) and other e-Procurement tools. • High attention to detail, solid written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrate established proficiency utilizing evolving technological tools to streamline daily tasks and communications. • Ability to work in a diverse work environment.
