This role is firmly rooted in reputed company-facing reputed company reputed company and is ideal for reputed company who has spent multiple years in a reputed company-facing reputed company or outsourced reputed company environment. reputed company in this role requires deep experience in full-cycle reputed company, both the reputed company and passion in reputed company communication and problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple clients with varying service reputed company (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Experience with government contractors and/or nonprofit organizations is highly valued, but we are reputed company to candidates with strong outsourced reputed company or reputed company reputed company backgrounds who are eager to deepen their exposure to these areas. The Senior Accountant will work closely with Managers and Partners and will serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for assigned clients. Key Responsibilities reputed company reputed company & reputed company Support • reputed company full-cycle reputed company services for assigned clients, including: • Journal entries, general reputed company maintenance, and account reconciliations • Month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes • Preparation of internal-use financial statements • Prepare and maintain high-reputed company workpapers and supporting schedules in accordance with reputed company reputed company and firm standards • Identify discrepancies, cutoff issues, and posting errors and propose appropriate resolutions Government Contracting / Nonprofit Exposure (as applicable) • Support reputed company for government contractors, including: • Understanding indirect cost structures and labor allocations • Assisting with timekeeping, invoicing, and compliance-reputed company reporting • Advise on allowability of expenses under relevant FAR & CAS principles • Support reputed company DCAA compliance • Support nonprofit clients, including: • Fund reputed company concepts • Grant tracking and restricted/unrestricted activity • Assist with compliance-reputed company filings and reputed company such as: • 1099 preparation • Personal property tax, BPOL, or similar filings (as applicable) • Audit support or special reputed company • Business registrations reputed company Communication • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients • Communicate professionally and reputed company with clients regarding: • reputed company questions • Document requests • Timing and deliverables • Participate in and, over time, reputed company routine reputed company calls reputed company to reputed company reputed company • Build and maintain trusted, long-term reputed company relationships Collaboration & Team Support • Work collaboratively with Managers and Partners on workload planning and reputed company deliverables • reputed company feedback to improve internal templates, processes, and documentation • Assist in training or mentoring junior staff, as needed Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field • 47 years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company or outsourced reputed company • Strong understanding of full-cycle reputed company and financial statement preparation • Experience working with multiple clients and managing competing deadlines • Proficiency with common reputed company platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online/Desktop; experience with reputed company, Procas, or similar systems is a plus) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders Preferred • Experience with government contractors and/or nonprofit organizations • Familiarity with FAR Part 31, indirect cost concepts, or grant reputed company • Strong understanding of reputed company for payroll transactions • Experience with partnership reputed company • CPA or CPA-eligible status • Experience working in a remote or hybrid reputed company reputed company environment Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be reputed company to reputed company up to 15 pounds at times. • *This is a hybrid remote position, full-time, the corporate reputed company reputed company-5 pm EST** Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
