About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Transition and reputed company‑Sales experience to initiate, plan and reputed company reputed company that reputed company to time, cost and reputed company. In this role, you will be accountable for shaping reputed company delivery plans, assigning and coordinating project resources, monitoring budgets, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders fully informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also play an important role in the reputed company‑sales process, working closely with the reputed company‑Sales Programme Manager, bid solution leads and delivery leads to design transition solutions that are robust, reputed company and customer‑reputed company. This involves translating our Project and Programme Management methodology into high‑reputed company bid responses, contributing to proposal development, and presenting PPM solutions to bid teams, sales stakeholders and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company end‑to‑end transition programmes, from small, discrete transitions to large, reputed company, multi‑reputed company programmes, ensuring reputed company, compliant and controlled delivery.

• Own and manage Transition Plans, including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, exit, and go‑live readiness, ensuring reputed company activities support an operationally reputed company service transfer.

• Establish and reputed company programme governance (RAID management, working reputed company, boards, reporting, stage gates) and reputed company reputed company against dependencies, milestones and deliverables.

• Coordinate effectively across customers, incumbent suppliers, internal delivery teams and reputed company parties to ensure alignment, collaboration and reputed company issue reputed company.

• Produce high‑reputed company bid responses and reputed company Transition Programme Plans for reputed company‑sales activities, including costing transition budgets and presenting transition approaches during bid presentations.
