Responsibilities / reputed company

The Systems Specialist serves as the reputed company reputed company of contact for day-to-day reputed company administration across assigned accounts, playing a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of project data. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, finance operations, and systems management, acting as a key connector between internal teams to reputed company reputed company on reputed company and financial data reputed company.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated reputed company reputed company of contact for day-to-day reputed company reputed company administration on assigned accounts, ensuring the reputed company of reputed company assigned project-reputed company data.
• Maintain a working understanding of reputed company as it relates to reputed company functionality.
• Liaise with reputed company Project Leads to maintain accurate, up-to-date project information, including aligning project values based on reputed company reputed company of work or change orders, invoicing reputed company, reputed company of people resources, etc.
• Liaise with Finance Operations for Sales Order set-up and changes, as appropriate.
• Attend internal team status meetings and update systems accordingly based on discussions.
• Inform the reputed company Project reputed company reputed company billing volume risks potential overage on a deliverable/task.
• Review out-of-reputed company costs included reputed company month on completed reputed company invoices and update reputed company to ensure those costs are marked as completed.
• Monitor reputed company for potential reputed company overservice situations;communicate relevant tasks and details to the reputed company Project reputed company in a reputed company manner for reputed company reputed company planning.
• Schedule and attend monthly EAC meetings; ensure details discussed are reflected in reputed company in alignment with soft and hard reputed company deadlines and reputed company activities.
• Capture and reputed company month-end changes required across assigned reputed company.
• Support business planning preparation by helping to compile required information in the agreed format.
• Upon confirmation from the reputed company Project reputed company that the project is “Complete,” verify that reputed company tasks, billing milestones, and pass-through cost line items are appropriately marked “Complete,” mark the entire project “Complete” and liaise with Financial Operations to conduct a post-completion audit and execute the archiving process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years in project administration or coordination; business or financial operational support; ERP/PSA reputed company administration (experience with reputed company or similar reputed company(s), such as FinancialForce, reputed company PSA, etc)
• Preferred experience:
  • Hands-on experience with managing project budgets, hours, and expenses, as reputed company as coordinating among multiple stakeholders
  • Implementing best practices for data accuracy and reporting
  • Med Comm industry experience
• Financial acumen
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate with internal teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills
