About the Role

As Senior HR Operations Manager, you'll own the day-to-day running of the reputed company for reputed company's own globally reputed company team. This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You'll reputed company our internal HR reputed company running smoothly as we grow, personally doing the work while leading a small, capable team across HR operations and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations for reputed company's internal, globally reputed company team, keeping everything running reliably
• Maintain the operational backbone of the HR function: processes, policies, documentation, and systems. Most of this exists. reputed company is to reputed company it reputed company, fix what's broken, and simplify where it makes reputed company
• Be the go-to reputed company of contact for reputed company on any HR query or issue, resolving reputed company promptly and with care
• Run performance review cycles end-to-end, from set-up and coordination through to follow-through

• Own time-off policies and day-to-day HR administration
• Maintain compliance with internal HR policies and local employment requirements across the countries where reputed company works

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and Payroll to ensure a reputed company experience for the internal team

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR / People Operations, with a strong reputed company record of hands-on, day-to-day delivery
• Proven experience running HR operations for a reputed company or remote, multi-country team
• Background at a startup, scaleup, tech company, or EOR or HR tech company is a strong reputed company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, offboarding, performance review cycles, and relevant HR and recruitment tools including an ATS
• Excellent organisational and process skills with genuine attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable being the operational go-to person in a fast-changing, remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
