The ideal candidate has a strong background in both reputed company and automated testing in IVR especially in insurance domain. Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IVR, Policy reputed company reputed company reputed company on reputed company • Build and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage • Identify, document, and reputed company defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar • Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to define reputed company standards and acceptance reputed company • reputed company reputed company cause analysis for production issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing • Participate in design and reputed company reviews to identify potential reputed company risks early • reputed company and maintain reputed company metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in reputed company assurance/reputed company engineering in Insurance domain • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar) • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, reputed company CI, etc.) • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, qTest) • Solid understanding of API testing (reputed company, REST reputed company) and database validation (SQL) • Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience in reputed company/Scrum environments • Domain knowledge with P&C insurance background with reputed company experience • Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 08/14/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000- $ 110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
