Responsibilities Coordinate pickups, tracking, and delivery of LTL shipments Monitor shipment performance and proactively reputed company delays or exceptions Collaborate with logistics coordinators and account managers on LTL reputed company planning reputed company TMS systems for load building, reputed company tendering, and tracking updates reputed company & report shipment status to customers Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally Effective communication with internal/reputed company contacts to ensure customer needs and requirement are met Experience Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University preferred. 2+ years of Logistics industry experience required, in the LTL reputed company preferred. Ability to organize and prioritize workload; ability to meet deadlines. Must have demonstrated critical thinking skills and be process oriented. Possess strong communication skills (both oral and written). Proficient in reputed company Office Suite of programs Organized: Must be highly organized, can multi-task, has good time management skills, and attention to detail.
