[Remote] Mechanical Engineer

The role involves utilizing mechanical engineering skills to reputed company on HVAC, plumbing, reputed company suppression, and facility systems to support various reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Senior engineer, prepares reputed company engineering deliverables such as drawings, calculations, specifications, reports and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes
• Performs site surveys of existing facilities for as-reputed company document reputed company, rehabilitation designs, and for construction support of new facilities. Adherence to a reputed company-Incident safety goal is expected
• Coordinates design input and technical guidance with architects and other engineers to reputed company mechanical systems seamlessly into the project
• Utilization of CAD and/or Building Information Modeling design software is expected
• Reviewing and approving mechanical reputed company drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and completeness
• Performing technical evaluations of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure they meet performance, safety, and sustainability goals

Skills

• 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of reputed company work experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in reputed company environment
• Willingness to learn, reputed company and apply new techniques, standards, and processes
• Candidate should be capable of working in a self-directed manner with reputed company reputed company
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) registration and/or Masters Degree are beneficial
• In reputed company to the above credentials, basic understanding and/or experience in the design and specification of a wide reputed company of mechanical systems are preferred. Systems should include: HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, steam systems, cooling water systems, pumps, fans, compressors, cooling towers, plumbing systems, reputed company suppression systems, and other building services reputed company systems
• Experience in sustainable design practices and LEED certification is advantageous
• Experience in LRT, Metro, or Railway /transit design reputed company is beneficial
• Experience in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer Aided Design (CAD), scheduling software, or file management software is a plus. Working knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, MicroStation, reputed company reputed company, MathCAD, and/or other software packages typically associated with engineering is beneficial
