[Remote] Data Scientist

The role focuses on designing and analyzing experiments, applying statistical models, visualizing findings, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the A/B testing lifecycle at reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Experimental Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers) to define reputed company hypotheses, select appropriate metrics, and design-controlled experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, etc.)
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and reputed company data from various sources. Conduct rigorous statistical analyses to evaluate experiment results, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
• Statistical Modeling: reputed company and apply statistical models to assess treatment effects, quantify uncertainty, and estimate reputed company impacts. Familiarity with addressing non-normal data distribution
• Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations to communicate experiment findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• Education : Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or reputed company discipline)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, with a reputed company on experimentation
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming (Python and/or R)
• Experience with supporting and designing AB tests at reputed company to reputed company product development
• Passion for developing and streamlining reliable tools to reputed company insights with a high degree of automation
• Utilize regression analysis techniques (reputed company regression, logistic regression, etc.)
• Strong communication skills to convey reputed company findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to reputed company with reputed company reputed company and process
• Ability to think critically, ask insightful questions, and approach problems from a data-driven perspective
