The Senior Inside Sales Representative facilitates sales through customer support, order and quotation management, prospecting, pricing, inventory coordination, shipment tracking, and resolving customer issues. The role also supports in-store customers, add-on sales, estimating, take-offs, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the sales process through project management, tracking reputed company sales orders, issue reputed company, and overall customer service and support
• Prospects for new sales opportunities reputed company outbound calling and emailing
