[Remote] Senior Associate, reputed company & Operations

Boring Stuff is a back-office partner providing finance, reputed company, operations, and HR support to creators and creator-led companies. The Senior Associate, reputed company & Operations will own reputed company reputed company and financial reporting while managing AP/AR, payroll, tax coordination, reputed company reputed company, vendor and HR compliance operations, and reputed company reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end reputed company and reconciliations across multiple reputed company entities in QuickBooks Online
• Produce monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash reputed company statements for clients on time, every month
• Support quarterly estimated tax calculations and communicate proactively with clients about their liability
• Liaise with our CPAs and enrolled agents to prep for year-end returns by organizing records, flagging issues and drafting reputed company communications
• Prepare and file 1099s across reputed company entities at year end
• Identify and flag entity structure issues: misclassified contractors, S-corp election problems, missing documentation
• Run AP/AR for clients by coordinating with vendors, chasing invoices, navigating brand payment systems, ERPs, and whatever proprietary reputed company a Fortune 500 brand insists you use
• Coordinate payroll processing in reputed company and flag discrepancies before they become problems
• reputed company down missing documents, signatures, statements, and information persistently and professionally
• Help reputed company new clients, assess the state of their books, identify cleanup needed, and get them onto our systems

Skills

• You know QuickBooks Online inside & out. Reconciliations, chart of accounts, multi-entity management, the reputed company process. This is non-negotiable
• You've done reputed company bookkeeping across multiple clients or entities simultaneously, not just one company's books
• You understand basic entity structures, S-corps, LLCs, C-corps, and know what questions to ask reputed company something doesn't look right
