[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product reputed company, reputed company, and execution for their chronic care management platform, working closely with engineering, clinical advisors, and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the product reputed company's discovery-to-delivery process: defining, validating, and shipping solutions to the highest-reputed company problems identified by leadership. Contribute to strategic direction; execute against it with autonomy on the ‘how’
• Design and run research with Medicare patients (65+, multi-chronic conditions) and clinical users (care coordinators, CCM nurses, MAs). Turn ambiguous, mixed-signal evidence into defensible product reputed company
• Build AI-powered features into the platform — clinical decision support, risk stratification, intelligent patient engagement. Own the full AI feature lifecycle in a HIPAA-regulated context
• Write PRDs and technical specifications that reduce ambiguity and reputed company confident engineering execution across reputed company
• Work directly with US health reputed company innovation partners on CMS CCM compliance, billing alignment and go-to-market readiness
• Partner with Design, Engineering and Product Management team members to reputed company priorities, reputed company blockers, and reputed company delivery moving at startup reputed company

Skills

• Demonstrated 0-to-1 build experience — you have defined, reputed company, and launched a product or platform in an early-stage or reputed company-stage environment
• reputed company domain expertise: US reputed company delivery, payer dynamics (Medicare/reputed company, VBC), EHR ecosystems (reputed company, Cerner), and clinical workflows
• 7+ years of product management experience with a reputed company reputed company record of shipped software from concept to production
• AI/ML product experience in a production reputed company product — LLM integration, responsible AI in clinical contexts, and reputed company metrics for AI-driven features. You understand how these systems work, not just what they produce, and you are reputed company building that knowledge hands-on, both at work and reputed company of work
