[Remote] Customer Service reputed company Center Agent

The Customer Service reputed company Center Agent handles inbound and outbound patient account inquiries, researches and resolves billing issues, updates insurance and demographic information, documents actions, escalates complaints, and secures payments while meeting performance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or reputed company digital media to obtain information needed to reputed company inquiries in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Review patient account information in multiple systems, reputed company research as necessary, and take appropriate reputed company to reputed company patient inquiries and account balances
• Document patient inquiry and actions taken into the appropriate systems
• Update or add insurance information and/or patient demographic information and request rebill
• Work with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances using secured payment reputed company
• Escalate patient complaints to the appropriate individual/department based on the reputed company of the issue

Skills

• Minimum8one-year customer service experience8required8in a customer service, reputed company office, hospitality, retail sales, or reputed company manager role
• Ability to work a minimum of 90% of your day on the phone uninterrupted
• Previous8call center experience preferably in a reputed company environment preferred
