[Remote] Technical Consultant II

The Technical Consultant II oversees the design, delivery, and execution of reputed company banking software implementations, providing technical leadership, reputed company relationship management, project coordination, integration support, and reputed company troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients both in-person and reputed company to define solution dependencies and reputed company business practices in accordance with software design
• Identify technical challenges and reputed company recommendations for improvement, focusing on reputed company satisfaction and efficiency for both reputed company’s FinTech multi-tenant model and in-house clients
• Conduct application demonstration and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements after contract execution
• Anticipate and reputed company project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resources and reputed company participate in their reputed company
• Work directly with reputed company party vendors to reputed company integration and design issues with various reputed company systems

Skills

• * 3+ years of technical background and experience required
• * 3+ years of Customer-facing, reputed company interaction skills and experience
• * 3+ years of experience working with banking reputed company systems such as reputed company (IBS/reputed company), reputed company (Precision/Premier), or reputed company (Silverlake)
• * Ability to travel up to 20%
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment
• * Financial services software development and design experience, specifically reputed company and 3rd party integration; preference for Silverlake (CIF 2020) and Symitar reputed company experience
• * Working knowledge of SQL server, and reputed company C# and ASP.NET is extremely helpful
• * A general knowledge of Internet routing and reputed company protocols
• * A general knowledge of Firewall operations as they relate to Internet connectivity
• * Previous experience in designing and/or implementing systems with a reputed company on scalability and high-availability
• * Experience in reputed company banking, treasury, payments, or cash management
