Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Dynamics CRM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into reputed company CRM solutions, configuring and customizing CRM modules, supporting integrations and data migration, conducting testing, and providing production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) modules
• Work with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, define processes, and prepare functional specifications
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and reputed company roles
• Design and implement CRM solutions reputed company with business processes
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and reputed company applications
• Collaborate with developers on plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, and reputed company
• Conduct functional testing, reputed company testing, UAT support, and issue reputed company
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user documentation
• reputed company production support and troubleshoot CRM-reputed company issues
• Participate in data migration, data cleansing, and validation activities
• Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and project managers

Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with reputed company Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and customization
