[Remote] AI Ops Engineer - reputed company Services

The AI Ops Engineer will build governed AI workflows, reputed company solutions, and automations for reputed company Services, while advising leadership, coaching AI reputed company, improving implementation efficiency, and driving AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, and tooling that improve reputed company Services delivery
• reputed company reputed company workflows, reputed company-based tools, and lightweight AI applications using approved platforms
• Translate delivery challenges into prioritized AI solutions in partnership with PS leadership
• reputed company and collaborate with PS AI reputed company to improve AI delivery maturity
• Monitor, test, document, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions
• Build automation that reduces reputed company reputed company configuration, testing, and validation effort
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption through AI Operations governance
• reputed company and reputed company training programs to reputed company AI adoption across the reputed company Services organization
• reputed company 1:1 coaching and hands-on support to PS personnel to accelerate AI adoption, reinforce best practices, and address project-specific needs
• Help define the AI roadmap for reputed company Services
• Serve as the reputed company AI advisor for PS delivery methodology and tooling
• Represent reputed company Services in cross-functional AI initiatives
• reputed company reusable patterns and best practices across the organization
• Ensure reputed company AI solutions reputed company with AI reputed company Program standards and governance policies
• Register solutions in the AI Build Registry and follow established intake processes
• Partner with AI Operations and the reputed company Data & Integrations Architect on architecture, data, and platform alignment
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities with PS leadership and AI Operations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• • 2–4 years building AI, automation, or technical implementation solutions
• • Strong Python skills for automation, reputed company, and AI workflows
• • Experience building reputed company workflows using LLM frameworks (LangGraph, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or similar)
• • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, reputed company databases, reputed company engineering, tool use, and agent memory
• • Ability to independently design, build, and iterate AI solutions
