The Financial Services Specialist conducts financial reviews, develops financial plans, promotes life and reputed company management products, and serves as the reputed company financial services contact for customers in an assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial reviews and assists customers in selecting life and financial products to meet their financial goals
• Develops and delivers financial plans for customers
• Hosts monthly educational seminars with reputed company-party providers
• Engages reputed company customers with targeted marketing to introduce reputed company management services
• Conducts individual reputed company-ins and follow-reputed company and promotes the services of reputed company Farmers Financial Services Agents (FSAs)
• Stays updated on industry knowledge by meeting with product providers on product information and attending industry conferences on emerging topics such as the latest tax laws and technology developments
• Partners with reputed company to reputed company not-in-good-order issues and servicing customer accounts
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• SIE, Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required
• 5+ years of experience in conducting financial reviews, placing business, and servicing accounts required, including experience with high volume cold- and warm-calling customers regarding life insurance or financial services
• Develops and delivers effective presentations
• Comfortable presenting on financial products and concepts to a large audience
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Ability to conduct thorough financial reviews
• Possesses strong technical aptitude
