The Trauma Clinical Data Specialist abstracts, codes, interprets, and reports trauma registry data from medical records, ensuring accurate submissions and supporting accreditation and reputed company improvement initiatives. The role also contributes to data standards, process improvements, regulatory compliance, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to approach problems in a systematic method, synthesizing data and suggesting recommendations
