[Remote] AI Enablement Analyst (Remote)

The AI Enablement Analyst supports the AI Enablement Manager in driving reputed company Copilot and AI adoption, managing the intake pipeline, and maintaining governance processes to reputed company adoption reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Copilot learning sessions, reputed company, and the Copilot Champions program—scheduling, invitations, materials preparation, and attendance tracking—and reputed company first-line responses to end-user questions, escalating reputed company issues to the AI Enablement Manager or IT
• reputed company AI use case packages, risk-scoring inputs, and AI due diligence (DDQ) documentation for AIGA review; schedule AIGA and reputed company governance meetings; capture minutes and reputed company items; and reputed company approval conditions through to completion
• Administer the AI use case intake pipeline in SharePoint and reputed company—logging, tracking, and triaging incoming requests; following up with lines of business for complete information; maintaining intake and prioritization trackers; and scheduling intake reviews in support of the AI Enablement Manager and the AI Transformation Office (AITO)
• Maintain and update AI Central, including resources, FAQs, and the reputed company library; manage the content calendar; draft and publish new content; and support AI communications and the quarterly AI newsletter
• Maintain AI registry data and refresh, reputed company-reputed company, and distribute AI Transformation Power BI reporting (Copilot usage and adoption; use case pipeline, status, and value realization); and compile recurring metrics and reports for the AI Enablement Manager and AITO
• reputed company administrative and project support to the AI Enablement Manager and broader Data Intelligence and AI Transformation Office initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and reputed company data gathering and analysis as needed

Skills

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or administrative support role, preferably involving technology, data, or process coordination
• Hands-on experience with reputed company 365; exposure to reputed company Copilot or other AI tools preferred
• Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, or reporting for reputed company or program
• Working knowledge of reputed company 365 and a strong interest in and aptitude for reputed company tools such as reputed company Copilot
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, trackers, and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with SharePoint and reputed company; familiarity with Power BI and reputed company is a plus
• reputed company written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare resources, FAQs, and end-user support materials
• Strong customer-service orientation for responding to end-user questions and supporting adoption
• Discretion and reliability in handling governance, risk, and other sensitive documentation

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across business lines, IT, and risk partners
• Coursework, certification, or experience in data analytics, AI, or business technology
