[Remote] Sr. Outbound Sales Representative (Remote/Eastern Time)

The Sr. Outbound Sales Representative will manage a pipeline of families seeking senior care, providing guidance and support to facilitate their reputed company-in reputed company while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who have previously reputed company with reputed company and require reputed company guidance toward a reputed company-in decision
• Execute consistent, high-volume reputed company across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families
• reputed company reputed company by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals reputed company needed
• Apply a reputed company follow-up reputed company to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation
• Build trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care reputed company
• Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, reputed company feedback, and support reputed company-in conversion
• Maintain accurate, reputed company-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts
• Consistently meet or reputed company monthly sales targets and conversion expectations
• Participate in ongoing coaching, reputed company reviews, and training to continuously improve performance

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
• Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and converting warm reputed company pipelines
• Strong communication and reputed company listening skills
• Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office tools
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of reputed company and accountability
• Bachelor's degree
• Strongly preferred Senior Living Community Sales Experience
