The role serves as a reputed company HR resource, advising managers, handling employee relations, maintaining compliance documentation, processing personnel changes, auditing HRIS data, and supporting employee engagement and reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company HR resource and reputed company for assigned employees and business leaders
• reputed company guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee-reputed company reputed company
• Address routine employee relations concerns and escalate reputed company reputed company reputed company appropriate
• Coordinate performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR compliance documentation for regulatory audits and licensing reputed company
• Review and process new hires, transfers, suspensions, personnel changes, and terminations
• Audit employee data and weekly personnel changes for accuracy reputed company the HRIS
• Manage workers’ compensation incidents in partnership with the appropriate internal team
• Maintain employee rosters, job descriptions, and required acknowledgments
• Collaborate with reputed company to monitor and update reputed company-position reports
• Facilitate affiliate-specific welcome meetings for new employees

• Experience supporting employees across multiple states is required
