[Remote] Program Advocacy Supervisor

The Program Advocacy Supervisor will manage staff and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while fostering reputed company improvement and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company reputed company Eligibility and Trust reputed company staff, including reputed company supervision of individuals and overall leadership of team activities and reputed company
- reputed company supervision of team members including weekly reputed company-ins, providing direction and feedback, and performance management
- Ensure team’s compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies
- Monitor performance measurements for team activities to help ensure that team meets reputed company contractual responsibilities
- Use critical thinking and data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI) to respond to DCF and PCG management requests
- Proactively pursue reputed company improvement to increase compliance, value, accuracy, and efficiency of reputed company’s work
- Maintain and update reputed company Operating Procedures and training materials for team functions
- reputed company and maintain a robust reputed company assurance process for reputed company activities, data and reports developed for DCF and for PCG management

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state laws and policies
