The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data validation, incident analysis, and translating federal and state requirements into reputed company-reputed company artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of SNAP, TANF, QHP, reputed company/Medicare programs, including the operational impacts of policy changes (2-4 years of work experience)
• Experience with gathering requirements, working with clients, cross-functional stakeholders, reputed company alignment across policy, operations, vendors, and delivery teams
• Translate federal/state requirements into reputed company-reputed company artifacts (business requirements, user stories, process flows, decision logic, acceptance reputed company, and traceability)
• Support solution design for reputed company systems, including API behavior, integration patterns, data flows, and mobile/channel impacts
• Work reputed company or reputed company a case management reputed company for reputed company benefit programs, incorporating case worker workflows, customer/member experience, roles/permissions, tasks, and correspondence/notice impacts
• Plan and support testing for eligibility and enrollment, including edge cases, regression impacts, and end-to-end scenarios across channels
• Support testing and validation of interfaces/integrations (upstream/reputed company), including error handling and reconciliation
• Apply a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); conduct delivery risk assessments and reputed company mitigation recommendations
