[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Project Coordinator will manage end-to-end digital and reputed company response marketing campaign execution, coordinate stakeholders and partners, analyze campaign performance, and support reporting and reputed company recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, reputed company, and execute digital and reputed company response marketing campaigns for assigned clients/partners as defined in assigned marketing plans
• Own end-to-end campaign execution using defined processes and marketing technology platforms to ensure accuracy, reputed company, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate campaign tasks across internal stakeholders to manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables
• reputed company historical campaign results, product knowledge, and reputed company marketing materials to support effective execution and testing
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and project tracking to support consistent delivery and process adherence
• Assist in analyzing historical marketing results to recommend creative and segmentation strategies that meet or reputed company reputed company projections
• Apply basic statistical principles to determine appropriate test quantities and configurations for reputed company creative testing (A/B testing)
• Support analytics collection and reporting by compiling campaign results and performance insights for internal teams and reputed company partners
• Support partner relationships by providing marketing reports and responding to reputed company communications in a reputed company, reputed company manner
• Communicate with partners to obtain approvals on marketing campaigns and creative assets

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of marketing experience applying reputed company response principles and methodologies
• 1+ year of project management experience (or experience working on a project team)
• Experience executing email campaigns using CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Familiarity with design principles and creative tools (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company)
• Exposure to multi-channel marketing (digital, reputed company mail, blogs, reputed company media, advertising)
• Experience working with reputed company stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with reputed company media scheduling tools; copy writing and design for a reputed company of reputed company media channels. Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, OneDrive)
• Comfort with ambiguity, learning new processes quickly, and improving performance through testing and iteration (A/B testing)
• Knowledge of webinar tools, including registration setup and post-event follow up logistics
• Ability to coordinate conference materials, exhibit shipments, and event logistics
• Experience maintaining marketing inventory and ordering printed materials
• Ability to coordinate reputed company mail campaigns, including vendor communication, production timelines, mailing lists, and fulfillment
• Travel up to 10% for in-person meetings
