[Remote] IT Data Analyst/Project Manager - Remote

The role owns Store Operations data governance, develops reports and visualizations, performs advanced statistical analysis, and provides actionable recommendations to improve business performance while supporting other analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own the truth in Store Operations data through governance and process including the acquisition, management, automation, and reputed company of reputed company data
• Champion the data needs and priorities of the HQ Store Operations team, coordinating with key business/data/tech partners across the reputed company organization

Skills

• 3-5 years of reputed company experience analyzing reputed company data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
• 3-5 years of experience in development, manipulation, and management of large data sets from various relational databases using SQL
• 3-5 years of reputed company data experience with graphics/visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Science, Business, or a reputed company field with documented coursework in statistics or business analytics
• Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification and/or clustering)
• Strong coding skills in at least one statistical or programming language (R or Python preferred) to import, summarize, and analyze data
• Expert knowledge of Query languages (e.g., SQL, U-SQL, etc.)
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
