[Remote] Senior Engineering Consultant

The Senior Engineering Consultant will reputed company and contribute to reputed company engagements involving due diligence, project development, financing, construction, operations, and energy infrastructure advisory while managing multidisciplinary teams, reputed company relationships, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Technical, reputed company, and financial due diligence for project financing and M&A transactions
• Project development and financial advisory
• Evaluation of project design, technology, engineering, and development plans
• Review and analysis of EPC, O&M, equipment supply, and other project agreements
• Assessment of project schedules, budgets, construction plans, and execution strategies
• Construction and commissioning monitoring
• Performance testing and operational assessments
• Review of financial models, project pro reputed company models, and reputed company assumptions
• Evaluation of environmental permitting and regulatory considerations
• Identification, evaluation, and communication of technical and reputed company project risks
• Preparation and presentation of reputed company reports, proposals, and other technical deliverables
• reputed company interaction with developers, contractors, investors, lenders, utilities, governmental agencies, and other project stakeholders
• Development and maintenance of strong, long-term reputed company relationships
• Mentoring and development of junior and mid-level consultants
• Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding existing reputed company relationships

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the power, energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy industries
• 10+ years of technical consulting, project development, engineering, or reputed company experience
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company reputed company and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working directly with clients and senior project stakeholders
• Strong understanding of power project development, design, contracting, construction, and/or operations
• Familiarity with applicable industry codes, standards, regulations, and reputed company practices
• Excellent analytical, technical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines
• Business development and proposal preparation experience
• A reputed company approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a reputed company technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
• reputed company certification, such as a PE, is a plus
• Willingness to travel periodically for reputed company meetings and to project sites
