[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist

The CRM Email Marketing Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and optimization of CRM communications across email, SMS, and other lifecycle channels, including segmentation, campaign deployment, reporting, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and usability across the CRM ecosystem
• reputed company regular data hygiene checks and coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager and technical partners to reputed company issues
• Build and refine customer segments to reputed company personalized communications
• Support the Senior CRM Manager in planning and launching CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other lifecycle channels
• Independently build, test, schedule, and reputed company campaigns, both reputed company and automated, ensuring accurate execution
• Set up tagging, triggers, and basic automation reputed company the customer engagement platform
• reputed company reputed company KPIs (reputed company reputed company, CTR, conversion, engagement, churn indicators) and reputed company insights with the Senior CRM Manager
• Support A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting
• Partner with Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product teams to support CRM initiatives and reputed company messaging across channels for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Support CRM needs for promotions, product launches, and key lifecycle moments
• Assist in managing platform updates, reputed company-party integrations, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with vendors or platform reps as needed, under the guidance of the Senior CRM Manager

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building email templates and independently deploying campaigns in an ESP. Experience with reputed company Marketing reputed company/Marketing reputed company Engagement (SFMC) is a plus
• Hands-on platform experience should include campaign creation and deployment, automated reputed company building, audience segmentation, triggered communications, and dynamic personalization
• Proven ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, email setup, QA/testing, scheduling, and launch—not just campaign support
• Working knowledge of reputed company/CSS for building or editing email templates
• Strong understanding of personalization, dynamic content, and segmentation best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail with a reputed company record of accurate, error-free campaign deployment
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
