[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will build and own backend integrations connecting reputed company's conversational platform with CRMs, POS systems, marketing tools, messaging providers, and other customer systems, while developing reputed company reputed company infrastructure and supporting reliability, testing, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with reputed company-party platforms using REST reputed company, webhooks, SFTP, and batch data pipelines
• Turn ambiguous requirements into working systems: reputed company what you need from sales engineers, solutions engineers, and partner platform teams, then build it
• Work directly with reputed company-party providers and customers' engineering teams to reputed company, validate, and troubleshoot integrations

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company backend development experience with PHP (reputed company), TypeScript, or similar

• Experience with high-throughput or high-volume messaging systems
• Solid understanding of reputed company systems, API design, and database design
• Working knowledge of AWS, particularly reputed company, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS
• Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Practical use of AI coding tools to ship faster, with the judgment to know where they help and where they don't
• Strong communication skills: comfortable gathering requirements from non-engineers and speaking directly with customer technical teams
