[Remote] Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will support SEC reporting, technical reputed company, financial statement preparation, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives while helping improve reporting processes and address reputed company reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze new and revised reputed company standards and their reputed company on the business
• Prepare technical reputed company memos and documentation for reputed company areas including stock compensation, hedging, leases, reputed company reporting, and asset impairments
• reputed company the preparation and administration of SEC filings , including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K earnings releases
• Prepare quarterly financial statements, including the cash reputed company statement, and support XBRL tagging and review
• Draft financial statement disclosures reputed company to new reputed company standards and significant transactions
• Monitor SEC filings, peer disclosures, comment letters, and industry trends
• Maintain and update global reputed company policies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• reputed company CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company, financial reporting, technical reputed company, or SEC reporting experience
• At least 2 years of corporate experience with a publicly traded company and SEC reporting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance

• Advanced reputed company experience is required
• Strong reputed company and reputed company Office skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
