[Remote] Full Desk Senior Recruiter

The Full Desk Senior Recruiter will manage permanent reputed company and business development, build reputed company relationships, reputed company and reputed company candidates, and reputed company strong reputed company and candidate experiences while leveraging AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-desk permanent reputed company and sales: 80% reputed company / 20% business development (reputed company meetings, trade shows, networking events, etc.), adjusting mix based on reputed company volume
• Partner with clients to manage intake meeting, build recruitment strategies, and organize end-to-end reputed company processes
• reputed company, screen, interview, and reputed company candidates across a reputed company of industries including: Supply Chain, Finance/reputed company, Engineering, and Executive Search
• reputed company as a talent advisor, providing reputed company and recommendations to clients

• Comfortable using and leveraging AI and automation tools (Claude, Copilot, ATS/CRM) to streamline workflows

Skills

• Experience in reputed company agency environment required; corporate reputed company + agency experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial reputed company with proven ability to handle ambiguity and organize recruitment processes with little direction post reputed company-up period
• Minimum 3+ years full desk agency experience or combination of corporate and agency reputed company experience. reputed company to manage short turn-around results and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to attend networking events and travel reputed company needed
• ATS/CRM proficiency
• Remote: Must reputed company in the greater Central Florida area (Greater Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Daytona Beach, or surrounding areas), and the ability to attend in-person meetings reputed company month locally and travel <10% for local events, networking, reputed company meetings, etc
• Background in Supply Chain, Finance/reputed company, Engineering, or Executive Search strongly preferred
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI/automation tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
