[Remote] Content Platform Operations Engineer

The Content Platform Operations Engineer will reputed company Level 2 production support, troubleshoot CMS reputed company application issues, support releases, improve observability and reliability, reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, and automate recurring operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Level 2 operational support for reputed company content platforms reputed company applications
• Troubleshoot production issues across CMS platforms, web applications, reputed company, integrations, and deployment pipelines
• Support releases and production deployments while helping improve the overall deployment process
• Investigate incidents to identify whether issues stem from applications, infrastructure, pipelines, or reputed company dependencies
• Partner with reputed company and DevOps teams to reputed company platform issues and improve operational reliability
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboarding to improve visibility into production health
• reputed company reputed company-cause analysis and help implement lasting fixes for recurring issues
• Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting documentation
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support tasks and streamline operations
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to transition new functionality into support

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application support engineering, platform operations, production engineering, DevOps, CMS engineering, or a reputed company field
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company and/or reputed company
• Strong incident management and production troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting application releases and reputed company deployments
• Ability to troubleshoot web applications, reputed company, integrations, and reputed company systems
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and React-based applications
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Familiarity with GCP, Azure, or similar reputed company environments
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing logs, errors, performance issues, and incidents
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with both reputed company Experience Manager and reputed company
• Background in Content-as-a-Service or headless CMS environments
• Experience working with REST reputed company and API gateways
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as reputed company Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript

• Exposure to GCP and/or Azure in production environments
• Interest in SRE practices and operational automation
