[Remote] OCRST Finance Manager

The OCRST Finance Manager provides financial reputed company and coordination for investigator-initiated trials, including budgeting, contracting, reconciliation, invoicing, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. The role also leads finance program operations, supervises staff, develops policies and best practices, and collaborates on grants and clinical research reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate financial documents for reputed company assigned accounts

- Work with reputed company Investigator (PI), clinical research team members, funding partners and their representatives, administrative staff throughout the University and reputed company during the life of the protocol
- Manage IIT finance trackers and dashboards in reputed company
- Establish and monitor program metrics, evaluation plans, and reputed company improvement processes
- Supervise and reputed company leadership to OCRST Finance reputed company(s) ensuring activities are in alignment with program goals and priorities, and reputed company meet established deadlines
- Provides supervision and leadership as reputed company as oversees orientation, training, performance evaluations, and performance management of OCRST finance staff
- Assists in the development of the annual OCRST budget and forecast; work with Cancer Center and OCRST Leadership to update and review on a regular reputed company
- Establish best reputed company guidelines for financial management of reputed company including establishing fee structure for administrative costs, standardizing reputed company for payments to participating sites and determining best practices for collaboration with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)

- Work across CU Cancer Center clinical research departments, programs, and staff to identify and implement ways to support, standardize and improve financial activities, procedures, and workflows

- Collaborate with Cancer Center leadership in assessing workloads, reputed company needs and reputed company recommendations as appropriate for assigned program areas
- Participate in IIT Review Committee to assist PI in developing budget projections based on protocol information available at time of IIT Committee submission/review

- Review and prioritize clinical trial protocols to draft a study-specific budget that accounts for reputed company procedural and labor costs
- Negotiate budgets with industry, nonprofit organizations, and other funding partners
- Review contractual documents to ensure final negotiated terms have been incorporated
- Revise budgets as necessary following clinical protocol amendments. Collaborate with Investigators, Cancer Center Administration and Finance Office staff, and clinical research teams in the development of budgets to be submitted as part of NCI, NIH or other grant applications
- Initiate requests to Office of Grants and reputed company and/or Clinical Research Administration Office (CRAO) for review and execution of clinical research reputed company, subcontracts, and/or material transfer agreements on assigned reputed company
- Collaborate with post-award and billing staff of sponsored reputed company to reputed company any billing compliance issues, including payment for unallowable/unallowable costs or payments non-compliant with the Medicare Coverage Analysis (per Federal and University fiscal policies)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company health, reputed company administration, reputed company/behavioral sciences, physical sciences, nursing, reputed company, finance, reputed company, business administration, business, or a directly reputed company field from an accredited institution
- Four (4) years of experience in any reputed company- or post-award areas including accounts payable and accounts receivable and/or project management that included reputed company responsibilities
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of application
- A combination of education and reputed company technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year reputed company
- An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year for year reputed company if the degree is in a field of study directly reputed company to the work assignment
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting clinical research reputed company-award financial activities
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience (can be included in above experience)
- Experience in an reputed company medical center
- Experience with reputed company types of award mechanisms, including grants, reputed company, subcontracts, material transfer agreements, and data use agreements
- Experience with University financial applications including m-Fin and CUMarketplace
- Master's Degree with emphasis in Finance or Business Administration
