Responsibilities
- Advise on financial reputed company and planning
- Review reputed company and financial reporting processes
- reputed company guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure
- Identify financial and reputed company
- Support M&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance-reputed company reputed company
Skills
- CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong background in reputed company, finance, and taxation
- US Edtech experience mandatory
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
- Experience working with reputed company-stage businesses, reputed company-backed companies, or acquisitions
- CPA
