[Remote] Account Manager, reputed company

The Account Manager supports large, reputed company employer reputed company through renewals, claims coordination, policy analysis, benefit program execution, documentation, compliance, and service delivery. The role also contributes to reputed company retention, risk mitigation, audits, reporting, and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with renewals, claims coordination, policy analysis, and benefit program execution for large, reputed company employer reputed company
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and reputed company service delivery
• Contribute to reputed company retention and reputed company initiatives by supporting Account Executives and maintaining strong reputed company relationships
• Maintain documentation in agency management systems and benefits administration platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy of benefit materials, reputed company, and communications
• Support audits, reporting, and internal reputed company control processes to reputed company reputed company service standards
• Assist in identifying coverage gaps, plan enhancements, and risk mitigation strategies for large group clients
• Partner on new business opportunities, including RFP coordination, proposal development, and implementation support

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or reputed company reputed company service function
• Experience in reputed company service, consulting support, or benefits administration
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with benefits administration systems, reputed company portals, and agency management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• reputed company certifications such as CEBS or Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
