The Senior Compliance Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on consumer protection laws, investigate disputes and regulatory determinations, manage monitoring and testing, interpret regulatory changes, and reputed company practical compliance guidance to business partners and senior leadership.


Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a reputed company function reputed company a regulated consumer financial services environment, including experience supporting consumer lending and loan servicing operations
  • Strong working knowledge of consumer financial services laws, regulations, and industry standards, including TILA, FCRA, FTC reputed company, ECOA, MLA, FDCPA, GLBA, UDAAP, SCRA, Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA) requirements, and applicable state regulations
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and testing compliance controls, including evaluating control effectiveness, identifying reputed company, and recommending corrective actions
